Just Smokin' Barbecue

This has become our favorite bbq in the area. Food is phenomenal, always cooked perfectly with amazing flavors. Sausces are great. Service is as amazing as the food. We ordered for carryout on a Friday, they were slammed but working hard to get orders out. They communicated and apologized for the wait, but we didn't mind. If you're anywhere close to Lannon, go get you some.

Absolutely AMAZING barbecue joint! Food is phenomenal, workers are very friendly and I love how it's a small mom and pop restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Try it, you will NOT regret it! If you love melt-in-your-mouth meats, definitely try the pork belly.

Best BBQ in the area! I have driven past this location several times and never stopped until recently, and now I am excited to return. We ordered almost everything on the menu! The fries were flavorful, golden, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The Brisket sandwich was juicy, but did not make the bun soggy, and if you ask for the fatty brisket, it just melts in your mouth. The pulled pork was delicious, but the Pork Belly is what I would go back for over and over again! The pulled chicken tasted light, but paired best with any of their table sauces! The Jalapeno Cheddar sausage was outstanding, and paired awesomely with the Mac & Cheese as a side. The corn bread! - I should have ordered a dozen to go. My guest and I received great service, the location had plenty of parking, and the interior was very clean during my visit! Owner & Staff - I hope to see you soon.

Had the brisket poutine. Homemade gravy. Excellent! So many good items on the menu. Brisket is the king of the menu! Want to try the ribs next time.

Absolutely excellent!! We had Just Smokin' cater our wedding in Lake Geneva, and they completely hit it out of the park!! Our guests raved about the food and many asked where it was from. We had sliced brisket, pulled pork, mashed potatoes (a crowd favorite- they were INCREDIBLE), green beans, cornbread, and sauces (carolina tang, sweet, classic). Justin and his team are extremely professional and were so extremely helpful throughout the planning process, and answered all of my questions as they popped up. We definitely recommend their catering service to anyone in the southern/eastern Wisconsin area!!

Ordered take out for some friends and I so we could try a few things. Got the 5 meat sampler with pulled chicken, pork and brisket, the pork belly and corned beef. The pork belly was the group favorite but the corned beef was mine. I saw a comment about how the chicken pairs best with all the sauces and agree but my favorite sauces were the original, carolina gold and the white. We got the Mac and cheese and the cheesy potatoes and they were both wonderful. Usually I don't go for Mac and cheese as it's usually too dense and the noodles are overcooked. This ... This was amazing plenty of cheese sauce and the noodles were perfectly cooked! The potatoes were surprisingly good with a nice smoke flavor. The garlic Parm boneless chicken was really good, a nice breading to sauce to chicken ratio without being heavy and I'd love to give the corn bread its own paragraph, hell I'd love to write it a sonnet with how light, moist and flavorful it is but I'll just leave it at that. Last but definitely not least the brisket poutine. The fries were crispy and amazing all on their own, the gravy not too salty or thin and the cheese was perfectly melted by the time we got it home. The only sad part of my review is that i live about an hour away which is probably only going to keep me away slightly less. I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to go back and try more food.

had grilled reuben sandwich and creamy cole slaw side with can of Blue Moon. really good sandwich with rye swirl bread, melted slice of cheese sourkraut, dressing and Awesome thick sliced tender corned beef that was the star as it should be! also got takeout for dinner tomorrow. plenty of parking. great place.
